Doğu Sever graduated from Ankara University, Department of Economics in 2002. Started his career as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance in 2004. He carried out tax audits for various sectors during his work life in MoF. He received his first master’s degree at Hacettepe University with his thesis titled “Transfer Pricing and Its Effects on the Turkish Economy”. He received his second master’s degree in 2012 after successfully completing “Applied Carbon Management” at the University of Glasgow, England. Doğu earned his PhD in 2015 after completing his research on sustainable businesses, ecological taxes and carbon trading. He is one of the founders of Climate Research Association, which established in Turkey.

Doğu started his career in the private sector in 2014 as a tax and audit partner at Russell Bedford Turkey.  Doğu is managing partner of DG Audit Co. which has 3 branches in Turkey and 1 branch in Croatia. DG Audit Co.  is a member of Allinial Global. Doğu provides consultancy and auditing services on company incorporations, accounting systems, tax optimization, internal and external audit, tax audit, tax consultancy and structuring, risk management, bilateral tax agreements.
