Mert Karaman provides legal consultancy to leading companies in the fields of energy, construction, industry and technology.
He works in commercial law, administrative law and public procurement law. In this context, Mert provides contract preparation, project analysis, taking part in mediation processes as a lawyer, litigation, litigation risk and decision analysis services in companies’ projects from the establishment phases to the operational stages.
After graduating from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Galatasaray University. Mert was called to Istanbul Bar Association.
